Amount & Awards

每名獎學金新臺幣5萬元，全國10名。本系可推薦名額至多3名。

Each scholarship is valued at NT$50,000, with 10 recipients nationwide. Our department can nominate up to 3 candidates.

資格

Eligibility

1. 大學部三年級以上在學學生（含大三及應屆畢業生）。

2. 未得過本獎項之大學部學生。

3. 須為本學會之學生會員。

※ 學生會員得免繳納入會費及常年會費，尚未入會者，請參閱入會申請說明http://www.twiche.org.tw/files/11-1000-210.php，填寫附件「學生入會申請表」，逕向台灣化學工程學會申辦，亦可連同應備文件繳交。

1. Undergraduate students in their third year or above (including juniors and new graduates).

2. Students who have not previously received this award.

3. Must be a student member of Taiwan Institute of Chemical Engineers (TwIChE).

※ Student membership is free of charge for both the entrance fee and annual dues. For those not yet members, please refer to the membership application instructions at http://www.twiche.org.tw/files/11-1000-210.php. Fill out the "Student Membership Application Form" attached and apply directly to Taiwan Institute of Chemical Engineers (TwIChE). "Student Membership Application Form" can also be submitted along with the required documents.

1. 候選人推薦書。

2. 學生入會申請表（若已申請入會者則免附）。

3. 歷年成績表正本。

4. 歷年各學期名次證明書正本。

5. 操行成績證明書。

6. 獎懲紀錄證明書。

7. 其他有利審查資料。

3. Official transcript of academic records.

4. Official certificates of class rank for each semester.

5. Conduct grade certificate.

6. Record of rewards and penalties certificate.

7. Other supporting documents that may benefit the review process.
