1. The average academic performance in the previous academic year is above 85.
2. The ethics performance grade in the previous academic year is above 80.
3. Not receiving any other scholarship. 4. There might be no winner.

1. Application form.
2. Proof of not receiving any public funds or other scholarships.
3. A copy of one’s transcript from the previous academic year.
4. Photocopy of one’s ranking certificate from the previous academic year.
5. A copy of one’s ethics performance transcript from the previous academic year.
6. A photocopy of the household registration book or the entire household registration.
7. One project report.
8. Work catalogue, the first page of each work (do not submit if there is none).
