1. Application form (Attachment 2).
2. Original transcript for master's or doctoral program.
3. Photocopy of the front and back of the student ID card.
4. Recommendation letter from the advisor.
5. List of publications (Attachment 4), please email it to the responsible staff at chiench@ntu.edu.tw; if none, this can be omitted.
6. The first page of each publication listed in the list of publications; if none, this can be omitted.
7. Other supporting documents, such as research achievements; if none, this can be omitted.
