每名獲獎者及其指導教授獲頒工學院獎狀一張，另院及學系所得頒發獎金、獎牌或獎品予獲獎者及其指導教授。

Each recipient and their advisor will receive a certificate from the College of Engineering. Additionally, the recipients and their advisors will be awarded a cash prize, a medal, or other prizes.

資格

Eligibility

1.          本學年度申請學位考試之工學院碩、博士班應屆畢業生（須確定能取得該學年度畢業證書者）。

2.          在學業及研究成果方面具優秀表現。

3.          未有懲處紀錄者。

1.          Graduating master's and doctoral students from the College of Engineering who are applying for the degree examination in the academic year 2024~2025.

2.          Demonstrates outstanding performance in academic and research achievements.

3.          Has no disciplinary records.

Application Documents

※ 申請人請填寫附件4之獎助學金申請提交表單（內含著作目錄）email至承辦人員電子信箱chiench@ntu.edu.tw，並請將申請文件依下述順序排列，於截止日期前送交至化工二館N210室。

1.          申請書。

2.          個人簡歷簡報PPT檔（橫式，1頁）。

3.          論文摘要簡報PPT檔（橫式，2頁）。

4.          論文海報PDF檔（直式，A0格式）。

5.          歷年成績單影本。

6.          懲處紀錄證明書。

7.          著作目錄所列各篇著作之第1頁，若無則免。

8.          其他有利審查之資料，若無則免。

※ Applicants are required to fill out the Scholarship Submission Form (Attachment 4) and email it to the responsible staff member at chiench@ntu.edu.tw. Please arrange the application documents in the following order and submit them to Rm. N210, Tseng Jiang Hall North Wing, before the deadline.

1.          Application Form.

2.          Personal resume presentation PPT file (horizontal, one page).

3.          Thesis abstract presentation PPT file (horizontal, two pages).

4.          Thesis poster PDF file (vertical, A0 format).

5.          A copy of the transcripts of all semesters.

6.          Certificate of honor and discipline records.

7.          First page of published papers (if none, exempt).

8.          Other supporting documents for review (if none, exempt).

注意事項

Notes

1.          請報名同學務必確認是否同意提供聯絡電話及電子郵件予本獎學金贊助企業。

2.          頒獎典禮擬於8月下旬辦理，獲獎同學請於頒獎典禮後撰寫獲獎感言（A4格式，約400~500字，須於文末親自簽名），由各系所學程彙整送院。

3.          各學系至多得推薦最優2位、獨立所及學位學程得推薦最優1位，由院薦送申請研究生校長獎（另附工學院研究生校長獎施行細則提供參考）。

1.          Applicants must confirm whether they agree to provide their contact phone number and email address to the sponsoring companies of this scholarship.

2.          The award ceremony is tentatively scheduled for late August. Award recipients are requested to write a reflection on receiving the award (A4 format, approximately 400–500 words, with a personal signature at the end). These reflections should be compiled by each department or program and submitted to the College.

3.          Each department may nominate up to two outstanding candidates, while independent institutes and degree programs may nominate one outstanding candidate. The College will then recommend candidates for the NTU Presidential Award for Graduate Students. (Please refer to the attached“College of Engineering Guidelines for the NTU Presidential Award for Graduate Students”for details.)
