NT$20,000 per recipient; two recipients across the entire NTU.

資格

Eligibility

       1.          本校工學院大學部二年級（含）以上學生。

       2.          前一學年於本校成績GPA 2.93以上。

       3.          無任何懲處紀錄。

       4.          以家境清寒或中低收入戶為優先。

       5.          未能提出所有必繳文件者請勿提出申請（含戶籍謄本、收入所得證明文件等)。

       1.          Undergraduate students in the second year or above from the College of Engineering at NTU.

       2.          A GPA of 2.93 or higher in the previous academic year at NTU.

       3.          No record of disciplinary action.

       4.          Priority will be given to students from low-income or economically disadvantaged households.

       5.          Students who cannot submit all required documents (including household registration transcript, income and financial statements, etc.) should not apply.

Application Documents

※ 申請人請填寫附件3之本系獎學金申請提交表單email至承辦人員電子信箱chiench@ntu.edu.tw，並請將申請文件依下述順序順序排列，於截止日期前送交至化工二館N210室。

       1.          申請書（附件2）。

       2.          歷年成績單正本。

       3.          歷年學年名次證明正本。

       4.          獎懲紀錄證明。

       5.          全家人戶籍謄本正本或近2年內戶籍謄本影本1份。

       6.          政府低收或中低收清寒證明正本（如無者則一律檢附全家人前一年國稅局或稅捐處所得資料清單正本或有國稅局浮水印之影本）。

※ Applicants are required to fill out the Department Scholarship Submission Form (Attachment 3) and email it to the responsible staff member at chiench@ntu.edu.tw. Please arrange the application documents in the following order and submit them to Room N210, Chemical Engineering Building II, before the deadline.

       1.          Application Form (Attachment 2).

       2.          Original transcript of academic records.

       3.          Original proof of ranking for academic year.

       4.          Proof of awards and disciplinary records.

       5.          Original household registration transcript for the entire family, or a photocopy of the household registration transcript issued within the past 2 years.

       6.          Original certificate of low-income or economically disadvantaged status issued by the government (if unavailable, attach the original income statement for the previous year for the entire family from the National Taxation Bureau or a photocopy with the watermark from the National Taxation Bureau).
