視申請情形，於每類獎項15萬元之額度內，由本系奬學金小組會議審議增加獎助名額。
Depending on the applications received, the Department’s Scholarship Committee may decide to increase the number of recipients within the NTD 150,000 limit for each category.
|
本系大學部、研究所在學學生，具備清寒優秀、敦品勵學條件者。
Undergraduate and graduate students in the Department who are financially disadvantaged, academically outstanding, of good character, and diligent in their studies.
|
1. 品行良好，無犯罪或不良紀錄。
2. 前一學年學業成績總平均75分（GPA 2.93）以上者。
3. 本學年未受領其他獎助學金，情況特殊者需檢具證明，經審查始可兼領其他獎助學金。
1. Good conduct, with no criminal or adverse records.
2. An overall academic average of 75 points (GPA 2.93) or above in the previous academic year.
3. Must not be receiving other scholarships or financial aid during this academic year. In special circumstances, supporting documents are required for review to allow concurrent receipt of other aid.

每名新臺幣3萬元，本學期至多4名。
NTD 30,000 per recipient, with a maximum of 4 recipients this semester.

本系大學部、研究所有助學金需要學生。
Undergraduate and graduate students in the department who require financial aid.
|
1. 前一學期學業成績總平均在65分（GPA 1.95）以上，無不良紀錄。
2. 家境清寒並未受領其他獎學金。
3. 申請人若同學年度獲得本獎學金及其他獎學金，應誠實告知並擇一受領，若未誠實告知，將追回已發放之本獎學金（情況特殊者除外）。
1. A minimum overall academic average of 65 points (GPA 1.95) in the previous semester, with no negative records.
2. Financially disadvantaged and not receiving other scholarships.
3. Applicants who receive both this financial aid and another scholarship during the same academic year must disclose this information and choose only one. In special circumstances, applicants may receive both. Failure to disclose the receipt of another scholarship will result in the recovery of the financial aid already disbursed.

本系碩士班在學學生。
Current master's students in the department.
|
1. 家境清寒。
2. 前一學期學業成績總平均在75分（GPA 2.93）以上，無不良記錄者。
3. 受領本助學金者，本學期不得兼領其他獎助學金，情況特殊者可兼領其他獎助學金。
1. Financially disadvantaged.
2. An overall academic average of 75 points (GPA 2.93) or above in the previous semester, with no negative records.
3. Recipients of this financial aid are not allowed to receive other scholarships or financial aid during the same semester, except in special circumstances where dual funding is permitted.

Graduate Student Aid Fund
|
每名新臺幣1萬~3萬元，1~5名。
NTD 10,000 to 30,000 per recipient, with 1 to 5 recipients.

本系研究所有助學金需要學生。
Graduate students in the department who require financial aid.
|
1. 須非在職生。
2. 家境清寒。
3. 以未領取獎助學金者優先。
1. Applicants must not have in-service student status.
2. Financially disadvantaged.
3. Priority will be given to those who have not received any scholarships or financial aid.

※ 申請人請填寫附件6之獎學金申請提交表單email至承辦人員電子信箱nichenlee@ntu.edu.tw，並請將申請文件依下述順序排列，於截止日期前送交至化工二館N204室。
※ 各項獎學金可共用一份申請表、歷年成績單影本等相關文件。
1. 申請表。
2. 歷年成績單影本。
3. 歷年名次證明書影本。
4. 獎懲紀錄證明影本。
5. 戶籍謄本。
6. 家境清寒證明文件，例如：政府開立之低收入戶、中低收入戶、特殊境遇證明，家中發生變故，或其他相關證明如助學貸款等。並需檢附全家人前一年國稅局或稅捐處所得資料清單正本或有國稅局浮水印之影本。
7. 學術期刊論文目錄、論文第1頁（如無則免）。
※ Applicants must complete the Scholarship Application Submission Form (Attachment 6) and email it to nichenlee@ntu.edu.tw. Please arrange the application documents in the order listed below and submit them to Room N204, Chemical Engineering Building II, by the application deadline.
※ Applicants may submit one set of shared documents, including the application form and a copy of their academic transcript, for multiple scholarships.
1. Application form.
2. A copy of the applicant’s complete academic transcript.
3. A copy of the applicant’s class ranking certificate for all semesters.
4. A copy of the applicant’s award and disciplinary record certificate.
5. Household registration transcript.
6. Documents demonstrating financial hardship, such as government-issued certificates of low-income or lower-middle-income household status, certificates of special circumstances, documentation of family emergencies, or other supporting documents such as proof of a student loan. Applicants must also submit the previous year’s income statements for all family members, issued by the National Taxation Bureau or a local tax authority. The documents must be originals or copies bearing the National Taxation Bureau’s watermark.
7. List of academic journal articles and the first page of each article (if applicable).
