      • 電漿系統與電漿技術之研究與開發
        我的研究致力於開發創新的電漿系統與電漿製程,涵蓋低壓電漿、常壓電漿與水溶液中之電漿等多種電漿,其中包括可攜式電漿系統、微電漿、紙片式系統等數種創新概念。應用的製程則包含於能源、材料與表面處理等適用於工業、實驗室或現地使用之製程。
