演講摘要： This lecture is focused on the use of the phenomenon of fluorescence in research colloidal system, which runs at the Faculty of Chemistry of the Brno University of Technology, Czech Republic. After a short introduction of the lecturer and his Alma mater, there will be a part which deals with unique fluorescence spectroscopy equipment. On the basis of specific fluorescence techniques will be presented research of various systems from colloidal solutions and hydrogels, through nanoparticles to complex membrane systems - living cells. The advantages and disadvantages and possible links with other techniques will be discussed. Current research will be presented as well as future directions in the application of fluorescence spectroscopy.
