2023 TSIA Semiconductor Awards: Emerging researchers with Ph.D. degree
|
NTD $80,000 and a medal for each winner. Winner’s contributions will be announced to the members of the Taiwan Semiconductor Industry Association and will be publish publicly. 1-2 winners nationally.

New researcher from our department (including teachers, researchers, postdoctoral researchers).
|
1. Completed the doctoral degree within the past 5 years. Engage in research and educational development in Taiwanese school for at least 2 years, based on the application deadline.
2. Award recipient must be present at the 2023 TSIA General Meeting or Annual Meeting. If for some reason the recipient cannot be present, with the approval of the TSIA Selection Committee and the verification of the Board of Supervisors, the award may be presented to the recipient’s advisor or the director of the unit.

3. Photocopy of the front and back of one’s ID card (please paste it in the application form)
4. Original work service certificate
5. After completing the doctoral degree, one’s participation in the semiconductor industry such as academic research, paper publication, invention achievements, award records, patent honors, special tributes, and industry-university cooperation.

|
NTD $80,000 and a medal for each winner. Winner’s contributions will be announced to the members of the Taiwan Semiconductor Industry Association and will be publish publicly. 10 winners nationally.

PhD student from our department.
|
1. Had passed the doctoral qualification examination.
2. Recommended by the applicant’s advisor.
3. Award recipient must be present at the 2023 TSIA General Meeting or Annual Meeting. If for some reason the receiver cannot be present, with the approval of the TSIA Selection Committee and the verification of the Board of Supervisors, the award may be presented to the recipient’s advisor or the director of the unit.
