Taiwan Filtration and Separation Society will be holding the "2023 Taiwan Filtration and Separation Society Annual Conference" on July 6, 2023, at National Taiwan University. The theme of this conference will be membrane filtration for carbon capturing and carbon separation. Internationally renowned scholars and domestic experts are invited to deliver keynote speeches, introducing new materials for carbon capture, filter material recycling, etc. Technologies regarding carbon reduction and zero emission will also be addressed.

1. Poster Compitetion

National Taiwan University, Tseng Jiang Hall (North), Xin-yi Lecture Hall 【No. 1, Section 4, Roosevelt Rd, Da’an District】
(3) Category: Fields related to filtration and separation, such as wastewater treatment, seawater desalination, carbon capture, product purification, PM2.5 purification, etc. We welcome contributions from academia, research institutions, and industries.
(4) Presentation Method:
Poster presentation. There will be three winners.
Please indicate whether one wishes to participate in the competition when submitting the manuscript. Please clearly state the name of the participating contestant when there are multiple authors, otherwise, the submission will be labeled to be participating in general display.

(a) Paper Abstract Submission Deadline: Till 2023/06/16 (Friday). Please submit one page of abstract in WORD or PDF format to

2. Oral Competieion
(1) According to "台灣過濾與分離學會年會論文發表競賽實施辦法".
(2) Till 2023/06/09 (determined by stampmark)
(3) There will be two stages of review:
Written material will be reviewed in the first stage, and a number of candidates will be selected by the review committee to participate in the second stage.
There will be a 10 minutes oral presentation and a 2 minutes Q&A session in the second review stage, which will take place during the conference.
(4) Second stage review details will be announced to all the canidates after the first stage review took place. All canidates should finish their application and payment before 2023/06/28 to attain their qualification.
(5) There will be 1-3 winners, NTD $20,000. There will be 1-3 honorable mentions, NTD $5,000. Each will be awarded a certificate, where the award name will be named according to each sponsor.
