5. Notice：
(1) Applicants must confirm whether they agree to provide personal contact number and email account to the scholarship sponsors.
(2) Winners are required to write an acceptance speech after the award ceremony (A4 format, about 400-500 words, personal signature must be included at the end of the essay), which will be collected and submitted by each department.
(3) Two most outstanding students will be recommended by the college to participate in the president award competition (Engineering College regulations are attached for reference)
