2023 傅鐘 Scholarship
|
The total amount may go up to NTD $800,000 per person.
Each department can recommend up to 2 candidates (1 as college candidate, 1 as non-college candidate).

Taiwanese high school graduates who will be enrolling in the bachelor's program of our department with at least one of the following qualifications:
1. Excellent academic performance.
2. Won awards in important international competitions.
3. Other outstanding performances.

1. For freshman, the scholarship will be distributed as follows:
(1) A scholarship of NTD $100,000 will be awarded in the first semester of one's freshman year after enrollment.
(2) From the first semester to graduation (excluding extended periods of study),
the credits taken in the previous semester must reached the minimum requirement requested by each department. In addition, those who meet one of the following conditions can receive a scholarship of NTD $100,000 per semester. The total amount of this scholarship received by each awardee is capped at NTD $800,000.
(1) The academic performance ranking is within the top 10% (calculated by rounding) of the department group to which the student belongs to (considering which grade one is in).
(2) The student's department core subjects ranking is within the top 10% (calculated by rounding) of the class.
(3) Achieve other outstanding performance.

1. Application Form.
2. Transcripts of university entrance examinations (general test, subject test, etc.).
3. Proof of outstanding performance (such as certificates of major international competitions, admission notices of overseas universities, etc.).
4. Copy of the cover of one's financial institution account: the student should be the owner of the account. NTU only accepts accounts from 3 financial institutions: Chunghwa Post, Hua Nan Commercial Bank, Ltd., and E.SUN Commercial Bank, Ltd. Those who do not have an account, please proceed to open an account as soon as possible.
