1. Eligibility: Participation is based on teams, with a maximum of 3 members per team. Team members must be currently enrolled students in the Republic of China (Taiwan) universities and must have student status during the first semester of the 2023 academic year. Additionally, team members must be student members of the Taiwan Institute of Chemical Engineers.
2. Prize Money: The list of winners will be announced on October 1, 2024.

3. Registration Period: From now until 5:00 PM on May 1, 2023.
4. Rules of the Competition：
(1). Participation is based on teams, with a maximum of 3 members per team. Team members must be currently enrolled students in the universities of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and must have student status during the first semester of the 2023 academic year. Additionally, team members must be student members of the Taiwan Institute of Chemical Engineers.
(2). A maximum of 3 entries is allowed from the same school. Each student can only participate in one team and must be recommended by the department head (the attached registration form from the participating school must be completed).
(3). The competition will be conducted through written reviews. Each team must submit their written report in PDF format via email to Professor 劉振良 at liucl@ntu.edu.tw before 5:00 PM on May 1, 2024 (strict adherence to the deadline; late submissions will not be accepted). Please include the participant's name, email, and school in the written report. Do not indicate the advising professor on the works.
5. Competition Topic: Design a hydrogen production process with an annual output of 10,000 Nm3/h (please refer to the competition topic in Attachment 2 for details).
6. Scoring Criteria: Please refer to the competition rules in Attachment 1 for details.
