The Wah Lee Innovative Materials Competition is sponsored by Wah Lee Industrial Crop and has been held continuously for 7 years since 2016. The competition focuses on the themes of 'creative design,' 'value optimization,' and 'market enhancement,' encouraging teams of students from universities across the country to participate. It provides a platform for young students to showcase their imagination and creativity, aiming to attract more talent to engage in innovative design and applications in materials.
In a competition featuring 70 entries from 19 universities, Professor Nae-Lih Wu guided a team of four students, including 劉浩汶、鄭詩琦（THI SHIKI）、陳璽、余佩蓁. Their project, titled "電池明日之星—高效能鹵素全固態鋰電池技術開發與循環經濟的完美結合" received the Bronze Award in the competition. The technology is expected to be directly applied in the existing battery production line, enhancing both the capacity and safety of the batteries, which gained favor with the judges. Congratulations to Professor Nae-Lih Wu's team, and it is hoped that the students will continue to grow in related fields in the future.
