NTD $30,000 per winner. 1 winner.

1. Current department students with excellent academic performance or who have financial need.
2. Both categories are eligible for application, and awards will be granted based on the application status of the respective year:
A. Outstanding Academic Category
B. Financially Struggling Category

1. Students should have no disciplinary record.
2. Outstanding Academic Category：An overall average academic grade of 80 (GPA 3.38) or above in the previous school year. Financially Struggling Category: An overall average academic grade of 69 (GPA 2.3) or above in the previous school year.
3. Applicants must not receive other scholarships this academic year. Under special circumstances, students may receive other scholarships with approval.

1. Application form (The format has been updated, please use the new version that is attached.)
2. Affidavit Letter
3. Transcripts from the previous years (for undergraduate freshmen, please attach transcripts from your third and fourth years of senior high school; for master's freshmen, please attach transcripts from your undergraduate school years; for PhD freshmen, please attach transcripts from your master's school years).
4. Proof of conduct record.
5. Proof of disciplinary and reward record.
6. Publication record and the first page of every publication. Only published work should be attached, please do not include work in submission or review. (Publication record (in WORD file) should be send to the evaluator.)
B. Financially Struggling Category：
1. 申請書(版本更新，請用附件新版申請表)。
2. 切結書。
3. 前一學年成績單(大一新生請檢附高三成績單，碩一新生請附大學歷年成績單，博一新生請附碩士班歷年成績單，大學逕升博一者請附大學歷年成績單)
4. 操行紀錄證明。
5. 獎懲紀錄證明。
6. 戶籍謄本。
7. 相關證明文件任一件或多件(例如：國稅局最新年度綜合所得稅全戶各類所得清單、政府開立之低收入戶、中低收入戶、特殊境遇證明，家中發生變故、或其他相關證明如助學貸款等)。
