1. Oral Examination Candidates: Candidates eligible for the oral examination are listed in the announcement.
2. Oral Examination Time: April 26, 2024 (Friday)，Please follow the oral examination schedule for your test time.
Registration Location: Department of Chemical Engineering, 2nd floor, North Building of Tseng Jiang Hall (Chemical Engineering II Building).
3. Oral Examination Venue: Room N203, 2nd floor of the Chemical Engineering II Building.
On April 26th (Friday), please note the following for the oral examination:
Candidates attending the oral examination must report to the Department of Chemical Engineering, 2nd floor, North Building of Tseng Jiang Hall Building (Chemical Engineering II Building), at least 15 minutes before their scheduled examination time as announced online. Candidates who arrive late will be considered absent.
Each candidate's oral examination will last approximately 12 minutes, including a self-introduction (about 1 minute) and a presentation of the master's thesis content (about 7 minutes), with 5 minutes allocated for questions and answers.
Prepare a 7-minute presentation on the thesis content (including a 1-minute self-introduction) using PowerPoint (one slide for self-introduction). The file size should not exceed 20MB, and please name the file with the candidate's name. Please send the PowerPoint presentation to Assistant Sophia Liu, the department's network administrator, by 8:00 AM on April 25th via email at sophialiu@ntu.edu.tw
Please bring your exam certificate and identification card to the examination on time.
If you have been admitted to the doctoral program for the 2024 academic year and meet the admission requirements, you are free to participate in the 2024 doctoral program qualification examination (2023 academic year). Please pay attention to the department's website for registration information (early June) and register in person. The doctoral program qualification examination for our department this year will be held on July 4 and 5, 2024.
