Awards

Each recipient and their advisor will receive a certificate from the College of Engineering. Additionally, the recipients and their advisors will be awarded a cash prize, a medal, or other prizes.

Eligibility

1.          Graduating master's and doctoral students from the College of Engineering who are applying for the degree examination in the academic year 2023-2024.

2.          Demonstrates outstanding performance in academic and research achievements.

3.          Has no disciplinary records.

Required Documents

1.          Application Form.

2.          Personal resume presentation PPT file (one page).

3.          Thesis abstract presentation PPT file (two pages).

4.          Thesis poster PDF file (A0 format).

5.          Original transcripts of all semesters.

6.          Certificate of honor and discipline records.

7.          List of publications WORD file (if none, exempt).

8.          First page of published papers (if none, exempt).

9.          Other supporting documents for review (if none, exempt).

Notes

1.          Applicants must confirm whether they agree to provide their contact phone number and email address to the sponsoring companies of this scholarship.

2.          Award recipients must write an acceptance speech (A4 format, approximately 400-500 words, with a personal signature at the end) after the award ceremony, to be compiled and submitted by each department to the college.

3.          The top two students from our department will be recommended by the college to apply for the President's Award for Graduate Students (additional implementation details of the President's Award for Graduate Students in the College of Engineering are provided for reference).
