1. Financially Disadvantaged and Outstanding Category:
(1) Application form (updated version; please use the new application form in the attachment).
(2) Declaration form.
(3) Photocopies of transcripts from all academic years (first-year undergraduates must provide a high school transcript; first-year master's students must provide undergraduate transcripts; first-year doctoral students must provide master's transcripts; students advancing directly from undergraduate to doctoral studies must provide undergraduate transcripts).
(4) Photocopy of award and penalty records.
(5) Household registration transcript.
(6) Documentation proving financial hardship, such as government-issued certificates for low-income households, middle-low income households, or special circumstances, as well as evidence of any family emergencies or related documentation such as student loans. Additionally, include the original or a photocopy with the National Tax Bureau watermark of the income information list for all family members from the previous year.
(7) List of academic journal articles and the first page of each article (if applicable)
2. Exceptionally Talented Category:
(1) Application form (updated version; please use the new application form in the attachment).
(2) Declaration form.
(3) Photocopies of transcripts from all academic years (first-year undergraduates must provide a high school transcript; first-year master's students must provide undergraduate transcripts; first-year doctoral students must provide master's transcripts; students advancing directly from undergraduate to doctoral studies must provide undergraduate transcripts).
(4) Photocopy of award and penalty records.
(5) Published documents, works, awards, or other supporting materials.
(6) A video of up to five minutes showcasing achievements or supporting evidence, with an option for the applicant to present or perform at the selection meeting.
(7) Recommendation letter from a teacher or relevant authority.
