I. Applications for the "National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) 2026 College Student Research Project Grant" are now open. Please proceed according to the application procedures and specified deadlines.
II. The application for the 2026 College Student Research Project is conducted online. Application forms and relevant documents must be scanned and uploaded as electronic files. Students and supervising professors must visit the NSTC website (https://www.nstc.gov.tw/) to prepare and upload the electronic files.

NSTC Online System Application and Materials Upload.

Fill out the NTU Application Form for NSTC 2026 College Student Research Project ( 國立臺灣大學申請國科會115年度大專學生研究計畫申請書)(hereinafter referred to as the Application Form).

Please prioritize filling in the "聯絡人姓名及電話" field (you may also include the advisor's contact info).

Confirmation by the Department
|
Bring the Application Form to Ms. 徐惠伶 at the Department Office (N204, 2F, Chemical Engineering Building II) to complete the stamping and online departmental confirmation.

Students from other universities must have the form stamped by the Department Chair of their enrolled university.

Bring the Application Form to the Supervising Professor for their signature and ensure 初評意見表 is uploaded.

The 計畫條碼編號 is generated at this stage. Please fill it on the Application Form.

Confirmation, compilation, and submission by ORD via the NSTC Online System.
|
Submit the Application Form and the Proof of Completion for the "6-hour Academic Ethics Education Course" to Ms.藍凱漪 at Room 601, 6F, Lixian Hall.

IV. Regarding the "6-hour Academic Ethics Education Course" proof of completion: In accordance with the amendment to Point 16, Item 4 of the "NSTC Operation Guidelines for College Student Research Projects" dated November 1, 2024, students applying for the research project must complete at least 6 hours of academic ethics education training before the application institution submits the research project to the NSTC. For academic ethics courses recognized by NTU, please contact the Office of Research Integrity.
V. This project is handled in accordance with the "NSTC Operation Guidelines for College Student Research Projects." Applicants should read all regulations carefully beforehand.
