Eligibility
|

Domestic undergraduate students (Sophomore/2nd year or above) from the Colleges of Science, Engineering, or Electrical Engineering & Computer Science.

Must come from a family with financial difficulties and not be receiving government subsidies for tuition.

Minimum average GPA of 3.38 for the previous academic year.

No record of disciplinary action.

Please arrange the documents in the following order and submit them to Room N210, Chemical Engineering Building II by the deadline:

Official Transcript for the previous academic year (Original).

Certificate of Disciplinary Record.

Photocopy of Student ID (Must be stamped with the registration seal for the current semester).

Household Registration Transcript for all family members (Original, issued within the last 3 months).

Proof of Financial Hardship: Original government-issued Low-Income or Middle-Low-Income Certificate.(If unavailable, please provide original Income Tax Statements for all family members from the previous year (issued by the National Taxation Bureau) or photocopies with the official NTB watermark.)
