- Exclusivity: Winners of the "Research", "Creative", or "International Student Research" scholarships (awarded between Jan 1, 2026, and Dec 31, 2026) who simultaneously receive scholarships from other organizations (excluding school or government scholarships) must honestly report this and choose only one to accept. Violations will result in the recovery of the CTCI scholarship. If you apply for multiple scholarships and are notified of winning one, please inform the awarding unit as early as possible to pass the opportunity to other students.

- Must involve designs, promotional materials, or practical applications related to technological innovation and R&D (including prototypes)

Download the specific application form for former scholarship recipients from the CTCI website, submit a hard copy to CTCI, and email the "download link" of the electronic files (WORD and PDF) to the CTCI contact email. Both hard copy and electronic files must be completed to be accepted.
