※ 申請人請填寫附件3之獎學金申請提交表單email至承辦人員電子信箱nichenlee@ntu.edu.tw，並請將申請文件依下述順序排列，於截止日期前送交至化工二館N204室。
1. 申請表（如附件2）。
2. 自大學起之歷年成績單正本。
3. 個人自傳（須含自我介紹、學習與生涯規劃）。
4. 教授推薦信1份。
5. 研究論文摘要及初步成果報告、研究專題報告，大學生若無研究專題，可提供課堂報告。
6. 其它優異表現之證明、實習證明等。
7. 家境清寒者，另附相關證明資料，優先列入考量依據。
※ Applicants must complete the Scholarship Application Submission Form (Attachment 3) and email it to the staff member in charge at nichenlee@ntu.edu.tw. Please arrange the application documents in the following order and submit them to Room N204, Building No. 2, Department of Chemical Engineering, by the application deadline:
1. Application form (Attachment 2).
2. Original official transcripts for all academic years, beginning with undergraduate studies.
3. Personal statement, including a self-introduction and academic and career plans.
4. One letter of recommendation from a professor.
5. An abstract of a research paper and a report on preliminary research results, or a research project report. Undergraduate students who have not conducted a research project may submit a course report instead.
6. Supporting documents demonstrating other outstanding achievements, internship experience, etc.
7. Applicants from financially disadvantaged families should also provide relevant supporting documents. Priority consideration will be given to such applicants.
