The Ministry of Education provides financial support to universities for recruiting outstanding university faculty members at the rank of lecturer or above from Southeast Asian and South Asian countries to Taiwan to pursue master’s or doctoral degrees, with preference given to doctoral students.
Each award recipient will receive a monthly stipend of NT$25,000 from the Ministry of Education.
Duration of Scholarship Support:
- Master’s program: up to 2 years
- Doctoral program: up to 3 years
New students admitted for the 116 Academic Year who are interested in applying and meet the eligibility requirements are invited to complete Attachment 3 (Application Form) and submit a scanned copy of their Proof of Employment as a University Faculty Member at the Rank of Lecturer or Above.
Please submit the required documents to the program coordinator via email by September 30, 2026.
