研究主題
各類化工和能源程序以及分離系統之設計與控制,研究範圍包括各類程序之穩態模擬、優化設計、動態模擬及操作與控制之探討
目前研究包括以下程序:
二氧化碳再利用製程,包括以直接合成法、酯交換法、尿素醇解法、等途徑產製碳酸二甲酯、碳酸二乙酯、產製二甲醚;等製程
含共沸或近沸混合物之分離系統,探討系統,包括: 稀薄乙醇水溶液、稀薄乙腈水溶液、稀薄丙烯酸/醋酸水溶液、三級丁醇脫水、N,N-二甲基乙醯胺/醋酸、苯乙烯/乙苯、環己烷/環己烯、乙二醇/1,2-丙二醇、丙酮/甲醇、二噁烷/水、吡啶/水、異丙醇脫水、甲基丙烯酸甲酯/甲醇/水、碳酸二甲酯/甲醇、甲苯/甲醇/水、丙酮/氯仿、苯酚/環己酮、苯/乙醇、四氯丙醇/水、烯丙醇/水、及應用離子液體之分離程序等; 近期則探討含多共沸物之三成分混合物的節能設計與控制,包括: 異丙醚/異丙醇/水、苯/異丙醇/水、叔丁醇/乙醇/水、四氫呋喃/乙醇/水、乙腈/異丙醇/水、等多類三成分混合物的分離
應用人工智慧模型於實廠熔融指數預測及品別轉換之研究: 應用製程包括: 聚丙烯製程、苯乙烯/丙烯腈共聚製程、及乙烯/醋酸乙烯酯共聚製程等; 以及預測在丙烯腈/丁二烯/苯乙烯共凝聚製程中的黃度指數等;
反應蒸餾程序,包括: 三種碳酸酯、乙酰丙酸正丁酯、酯化反應採混合醇進料、環己醇、三醋酸甘油酯、乙二醇二醋酸酯、羥基乙酸甲酯、乙酸苄酯、等程序;
分離或反應蒸餾程序的節能設計,如多效蒸餾、熱耦合、隔牆蒸餾、內部熱整合塔等;
複合型分離程序,如複合式萃取-蒸餾程序、滲透蒸發-蒸餾複合程序、結合反應蒸餾與萃取蒸餾之複合程序等。
生質原料衍生物之製程,包括: 以甘油產製甘油醚、三醋酸甘油酯、1,2-丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇等 ;
煤炭氣化多聯產程序,產品可為電力、合成天然氣、氨、乙二醇、烯烴類等;
能源相關程序,包括: 生質柴油、纖維素生質酒精,聚甲氧基二甲醚等程序
